I thought ordering online would remedy this problem but it didn't. They need to install a third window so you can get the right order. Oh and don't go in to complain, the manager if they are on, are usually great but tell a regular employee and you come away feeling insulted attitude all around. I'm sorry you screwed up but I'm ordering for a family of 5 and don't want to make two trips.

Maybe it wouldnt be so bad if prices werent so high fir what you get. The burgers are half the size they used to be. Only thing they have going for them is they taste better thsn McDonald's. We stopped ordering Wendy's for about 6 months then we wanted a frosty. I've lost $50-$60 in the last 4 months we've been ordering. I'm just done. I know why you only have 2 stars. Yall keep it up and you'll end up shutting the doors.
