Ordered chicken nachos with shredded chicken (it wasn’t shredded) grilled veggies (didn’t receive those at all) pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole on the side. Sour cream was on the chicken and lettuce. They didn’t even give me chips under the chicken. Chicken had no flavor. Lettuce was wilted. Everyone says this is a great restaurant. I don’t see it.

Even provided extra drinks in to-go cups without any prompting from us, the waitress just offered them as we were nearly done with our meals, and even at no extra charge as it turned out. Great little Mexican restaurant, and I'm really glad we decided to try this place out.

Our server, Mr. Alex, was professional, courteous, and exceptional in every way. He greeted us with a warm hug and Valentine’s Day wishes, which immediately made us feel welcomed and appreciated. That personal touch meant so much. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and served hot. There was no wait time for seating or service, and barely any wait for our food, and everything flowed smoothly and efficiently. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and comforting. We traveled 49 minutes to dine at El Agave Mexican Grill, and it was worth every single mile. The genuine kindness and heartfelt hospitality truly set this place apart. As we were leaving, Mr. Alex and the manager gave us hugs for the road such a thoughtful and memorable gesture! Thank you for the outstanding service and wonderful experience.
