    Used to frequent this location but the last few years the decline has been more and more apparent. Everytime they are out of something.Today it was roast beef. How does Arby's not have it's most core item? Then there's the bad attitude of the staff. Never again will I spend a dime at this location.

    My wife and I agreed on Arby’s for a fast dinner. She had the double roast beef and I had the Reuben, both with curly fries and sweet tea. The attendant actually brought our food before we sat down. Everything was delicious and an attractive presentation. Located in Loves.

    Sandwich and fries were good. Unable to get the soda i paid for as there was no carbonation only syrup when I went to get my drink. I told the employee who told me to go to Loves to get carbonation as she didn't know how to change it. No warning, no offer of refund. Went to loves and they only had carbonation. No syrup. No signs or apologies there either. Wow, not used this lack of customer service. Why not put up signs or warn you when you purchase. Instead employees in both places couldn't be bothered to do anything at all. W do not recommend coming here
