- VJV JApr 19, 20261.0Drive thru is a joke! My rice was crunchy! gross! Drive thru female employee messed up my change then laughed about it! The whole Staff is rude! Spoke with manager to no avail just made excuses. smh 🤦🏻 The one on church road is way better! p.s. The specific "rude" girl in the drive is Rebecca. See all the complaints below. It's not just me. Her manager is no better even made excuses for her. Sad!

She was working the window on 4/18. This is the 3rd or 4th time she has done the same thing. Second thing is they are locking the inside early, guaranteed. Also, she is rudest fast food employee ive had to deal with. Ive seen her get in arguments with coworkers (one guy literally quit after an argument with her one night), lie to customers, and just be a general unbearable person. Other than her, typical taco bell.

- DDDominicMar 15, 20261.0This was probably the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I can understand a small wait on a busy Saturday but this was ridiculous. I arrived at the drive through at 7:31pm on 3/14/26 with 3 cars ahead of me. I immediately had another car pull in behind me so I was stuck. My card was not ran until 8:09pm and I did not receive my food until 8:25pm. Almost an hour wait for fast food tacos and being trapped in line. No apologies for the wait, the gentleman at the window seemed annoyed that customers were there and the food looked like someone threw it in the bag after crumbling it up it to a ball. I checked the reviews and this seems to be a common theme with this location with no changes from the owners.
