  Food was great! Shakes were great.....except one if then was busted on the bottom and my husband didn't realize until it totally ruined his brand new white shirt! Not good since we were headed to a party.

  Best Sonic I’ve ever been to. The carhops are very kind And whoever y’all have cooking the food, is doing amazing. Don’t change a thing.

  I ordered the foot long chili cheese coney, the hotdog was room temp at best like it was never completely cooked 😔

  I come to Sonic specifically for the smash burger, which has been my favorite item and honestly the main reason I return. This time, I was really disappointed. The burger I received was not a smash burger at all. It was thick like a regular patty, with no crispy edges and none of the flavor or texture I’ve come to expect. It tasted completely different from what Sonic has been serving.my husband ordered the same thing and said it did not taste nor look the same. If the smash burger is no longer being prepared the same way, customers should be informed before ordering. Consistency matters. If you’re going to promote a smash burger, it should be prepared the same way every time. This felt like I was given a regular burger instead. I’m hoping this was just an off day, but this experience definitely made me reconsider coming back. It was a waste of money.

  I go to Sonic several times a week to get me and my kiddos drinks during happy hour. I mostly get a water with extra strawberries and sometimes a flavor or two. My drink is never the same as the time before. I don't know why it's different so often. Sometimes there is a lot more strawberries than other times. Shouldn't their portions be the same no matter who fixes the drinks? Today I got a water with extra strawberries and peach flavor. I didn't take a sip until after I left. I took my first sip and it tastes carbonated or maybe the flavor is old or something. I love this Sonic and the people are always so nice. I just wish I could trust their product to be enjoyable and consistent every time.
