Here visiting family for the holidays. I was told by my family not to go to the sonic because they always mess everything up. But I figured I’d give it a chance. I’m not one that normally post reviews but this deserved one! I went to the sonic two different times the first time they gave me somebody else’s food two times took me two times of sending food back to get my correct food! Then my second occasion they actually got the food right but they gave me somebody else’s sonic blast! And then they brought me my sonic blast I paid for extra chocolate and extra cookie dough there was four cookie dough bites in the entire ice cream I spent Extra just to get extra in it and did not receive what I paid for it after sending it back the first time I was not gonna go back again I was just over it! I’m not sure what’s going on or why their brains aren’t working the woman even said to me exactly what I ordered extra when she handed It to me Seeing that there was literally nothing in it It was even halfway full like at this point I thought I was being punkd! Makes me miss Nashville even more, I will not be returning! Sonic do better! Messing up that many times it’s kind of ridiculous, And to top it all off after handing me the food and me opening the bag and seeing it with somebody else’s food like I had to open it up and show proof it with somebody else’s food I watched them walk to the people it was supposed to go to and hand it to them after I touched it! Which also is unsanitary And not OK! That’s what made me decide to make this review, bc That is unacceptable! Pretty sure my dash cam caught the footage of them taking the food out of my hand after me opening it and handing it to the next people🤦🏼♀️

Very quick, positive attitude, and friendly.
Although my chicken on one of my wraps was extremely hard to chew the other was great so not upset it happens keep up the good work yall

Service was good and my son loved the pretzel but I do not pay extra for extra anything. I paid .80 for extra cherries and got two. I would except maybe two for .40 regular price but damn two cherries cost me .80. I know silly but it’s pretty annoying.
