First of all, it took the workers over five minutes to come to the drive thru window. I know this doesn’t mean much but usually someone will at least inform me about how long the wait will be. After getting my food, I bit into a bagel bite.. The outside was soft and warm but the inside was hard. Near frozen. All of the bagel bites were this way. I tried to call to inform them but the number sends me to voicemail.
