  Everything was ok BUT ...it was a hot day and we ordered 4 drink with our food. By the time we got our drive-thru order, all the ice was melted. The girl at window told us sorry but that is all we gave you. I had to got by a bag of ice because the soda was actually warm. Something is wrong with the soda temp. They did not care !!

  Start with service, it seemed great, fast, and friendly...then I get to my food, maybe service wasn't so good after all... I'm less than 4 minutes away at the hotel, the food was all cold, not "barely warm" kind of cold, COLD! The worst Wendy's I've ever had, from Oregon to Florida to Maine, I travel the whole country... this is the WORST Wendy's I've ever had. Check my profile out, scroll thru my reviews, I've been to many Wendy's, all over the country. My fries were COLD and just not good at all. The chicken nuggets, were cold.... not warm, COLD. The burger was cold, cheese not even melted at all- COLD. Sad order all together. I literally can say, this order as a whole, is the worst fast food I've ever had... not just Wendy's... in all, horrible. I'd have to guess this is not a one time thing... Tuesday night at 9pm.... not late, not a rush... just very poor everything. Manager, you need to get your night crew in check.... Or maybe hire people that care about the food they put out for Wendy's. This was HORRIBLE!

  The burgers and fries were not made fresh and the quality of the food suffered. This trip discouraged me from wanting Wendy's food for a while.
