- LLLacie LeaApr 24, 20261.0i’m so over Tacobell in Hazlehurst!!! they just are the worst. The staff is always rude and never paying attention to the customers. My food has never been correct every-time that i go there. why am i charged for what i asked for but never receive it. if you are out of a product just inform me instead of charging me for it. i work in Hazlehurst so my choices for lunch is very limited. You would think with Hazlehurst being a smaller sized town they would been better customer service because you seen mainly the same people, but Tacobell has proven me wrong!!!

Asked for fire sauce a couple of times and was ignored. The drank sat for a while and was watered down when I finally got it. Ordered the number 13 and didn’t receive the complete order and had some food in there I didn’t order. People were driving out of the line while we waited and some even got out of their cars and went to the McDonalds. They were back in their car before the line moved. It’s was petty bad.
