So my son told her what was on the board she said sir the board is wrong have a good day. Then he went in to talk to her about it she was nasty, nasty. Bad service in Hazelnut ms. Get rid of her or the business will definitely go down. I mean terrible

We asked if we could add something to our order and the only words she said the entire time was “you can’t order at the window” then turned her back on us the rest of the time. Another worker had to bring us our food and get our drinks from behind her after we had to ask for them. They also didn’t put any toys in the kids meal. Worth noting we were the only vehicle in the drive thru. Edit: the fries were cold
