- TLTammy LeeMar 30, 20261.0I placed an order for pick-up. My husband arrived about 10-15 minutes after the app said it would be ready. There were 5 workers standing around. When he told them the order name, they hadn’t even started the order. Didn’t seem to care either.
- EFEvan FordJan 23, 20261.0We usually have a great experience here. However recently they have been hiring a lot of new people. Tonight me and 4 of my kids went in. We were over an hour before close. We ordered 3 sandwiches. The first two were toasted and when the girl put them into the toaster she literally threw them and all the cheese came off half the sandwich. So she pulls it out, cheese toasted onto the paper. And puts 3 more cold slices of cheese onto my freshly toasted sandwich for my kids. I ask her to retoast it and she rolls her eyes and toasts it. Then she pulls it out and as I’m picking condiments, I realize there are 2 of her hairs in the actual sandwich. I inform her and she PICKS THE HAIRS OUT AND TRIES TO CONTINUE MAKING MY SANDWICH!!! I said I am not ok with this and she seemed aggravated that she had to remake my sandwich. She eventually gets my order right with no hairs and I get to checkout. My order is like 43$. I give her 50$ and she literally says “YOURE NOT GONNA LEAVE A TIP?!?!” Idk what you’ve got going on subway in oak grove, but you need to get it together.
