  If i could give it no stars i would. my pizza tasted old and wasn’t hot when i received it. I tried to call the store, no answer. Not to mention i don’t know if they’re understaffed but almost EVERYTIME i have went for a pickup order or doordash i cannot get help. i have stood in there for 15 minutes before getting help before. It is rare that i get help or greeted as soon as i come in. Or even two minutes into me standing there. even if the store is empty. It never matters what day or what time i go, they never help or greet you

  Worst service restaurant 👎👎👎. Waited more than an hour for a pickup order although the dinning hall was empty and there were around 6 or 7 people / staff working inside.

  Placed my order on line , drove to the store after it told me 20 minutes, that was a lie , I tipped well , ended up spending nearly $20.00 dollars for what was suppose to be $11:00 dollars , drive all way back home to discover it’s not what I ordered, I called the store and they did not show any concern, my first cousin is now y’all’s retired GM, awe full service and trash pizza .. by far the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced, Domino’s is by far the better option ..

  If you're ordering pizza on doordash, don't order from here. They're always understaffed, and never have anything done on time.

  Do better Pizza Hut. Went there for the buffet at lunch. The doors opened at 11:00 and NOTHING was ready, It’s almost like the staff gets there at the same time the customers do. There were a lot of people in there just sitting around waiting to eat. We even had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come out and fill up the ice machine for the drinks that were by the way not ready either. $30 for 2 people to eat the buffet and for what? I certainly don’t blame the Pizza Hut company, I blame the staff for NOT being on top of their game. This will be the LAST time I ever step foot in this restaurant. Pizza Hut is going down due to poor staff… R.I.P. Pizza Hut!
