  We have been there 2 times in the last month, both times we had to beg for silverware , then one of the hosteses brought us plastic silverware, we were there 30 minutes still no silver ware, another couple came in and they automatically gave them silverware, my steak was thin and tuff i ordered the 13 oz one, my husbands rack of ribs was burned served hot tea with hardly any ice food was always late and half cold when we got it, when i pay good money for a meal i expect to get good treatment, and the hosteses sling their hair all around the table just last night our meal was 176 dollars, i will never go there again, my money is just as good as anybody elses, and no it was not packed , if yall dont want my money fine ill go else where , please make your hostess wear their hair pulled back, thanks very dissatisfied customer

  I’m not sure if the ownership/management has changed, but my experience both with takeout and dine-in has been underwhelming to say the least. From not having clean utensils to the seats being dirty after the table was cleaned off. I don’t think this location will be on our rotation any longer.

  Our server, Justin, was the best. I got the bloomin onion and chocolate chip cookie thingie because of him. It was amazing, he was so great, he deserves a raise.

  The food is always great when I come here but the lady that sat us down was so rude wanting to make me never come back a restaurant can be a 10 but with bad service like this brings it down to a 3 always loved the food here but it just wanted to make me leave coming in the door she did not attend us and my lil sister was in the path and she screamed at her. I will not be dealing with this again. The waiter was good just the lady in front was my main problem.

  Unsafe and careless with food instructions Outback Steakhouse gets one star from me because they don’t take food instructions seriously, and that can be dangerous. I ordered a steak salad through DoorDash with clear instructions to **remove certain ingredients**. In the past, they’ve failed to follow those instructions, so this time I **called the store ahead of time** to make sure it was done correctly. Even after that, they still messed it up again — I found **bacon pieces hidden at the bottom** of the salad, and the order was delivered **without dressing**. If the dressing had been included, I might not have noticed the bacon until it was too late because I would have mixed everything together. I only found it because I had to eat it leaf by leaf. This is unacceptable, especially when a customer clearly says they don’t eat something (or could have a dietary restriction or allergy). I won’t be ordering from this location again.
