  Its terrible don't waste your time or money. They are extremely unprofessional and will never get your order right. I have tried giving the benefit of a doubt. But it is an every time thing.

  My order was 1232, I made it clear that I wanted extra pickles,lettuce,onions, and ketchup with mustard. Whoever made this order please make sure they know next time when someone pays for it to give it them. You had one job, and you couldn’t even get that right. Even a child would understand what putting extra of some thing on something means.

  Went through the drive through. Was told to wait in a parking spot for our food order. 10 minutes go by, no food. Then a girl came out and asked what we were waiting for. They forgot or skipped our order. Had 20 other cars go by.

  Don’t stop unless you have 45min to an hour to wait in the line. Today 3/13/2025 me and several cars finally got tired of waiting and left. I’m not the kind of person to complain but this is the 4th time I’ve had issues there. Even if you go inside it takes forever. Last time they had everyone pulling into parking spots to wait for their food which took FOREVER. The time before that it was the same thing having everyone pull into a spot and all I ordered was fries and a sprite and the kid tried getting me to pull into a spot I told him all I ordered was fries and a sprite and he sarcastically replied yeah we are waiting on those. I said just give me a refund and somehow magically my food was ready right then. I have a special needs son who one of the only things we can get him to eat is McDonalds French fries I live right down the road from this one and I go out of my way to go to to the oak grove one.

  Went to pickup food last night and kids meal was missing completely and one of the burgers had a completely raw patty on it. Had to drive all the way back to pick up kids meal and get the burger replaced. Not so much as an apology that the food was raw and missing. Bagged it and threw it on the counter. They never seem to get any orders right anymore and it took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru when pickup up original order. This is absolutely ridiculous. Somebody needs to retrain the staff on how to be human.
