  Waited over 45 minutes for food. Placed a mobile order for drivethru pickup. Only received my drink. Was told they don’t see my order even though they gave me my receipt and drink. Wouldn’t give me my refund for items not received.

  I walked into the store and ordered the new Arch burger (which I would have been better off eating out the dumpster) how can you charge $12 for that mess. I wanted to go and ask for a refund. Then I get my food and go and get my drink and it was filthy at the drink machine so I left without a drink. Waste of money!!!!

  Crossed beady eyed Caucasian lady had a very bad attitude got my order wrong and start mumbling to other workers. I wish the old crew was there still. People don’t want to deal with attitude time they wake up in the morning. If you hate yo job that much quit. This store just terrible in mornings

  I ordered four fish fillets I had to pull over the runner my order to the wrong car I watched them remove the food from the bag and open it. They were taking it back but the runner wanted me to accept the food that's not how it work got some more sandwiches got home they are totally wrong took them back the manager was going to add tarter sauce to now what is cold food they had to make them over got home I had enough tarter sauce to do 4 more sandwiches they do not know how to handle food she put the bag that I returned on the place where they bag the food there are a lot of what ifs here that could make others very sick hope they can get it together and trust me that job is not for everyone
