  Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to due to the fact that it is the most poorly managed and most disorganized one we have been to. We went at 9 am for a “quick breakfast”. 🤣🤣 There were 12 employees in the back and several more just walking the eating area doing nothing or sitting at tables on their phones. We live in Hattiesburg and several people in line were from out of town, and they were complaining about the extremely slow and/or lack of service. (There were only 3 sets of customers in line- not packed) It was embarrassing and ridiculous. It took us over 20 minutes to get two cups of coffee and two oatmeals. One of the ladies in line had asked for coffee, and when she took the lid off it was only half full!). Fast food— A JOKE.

  Helpful if there is a problem with order. Nobody is perfect but they are Helpful to make it right.

  I placed a pickup order and marked that I had arrived while in the parking lot finishing a call, sat out there for almost 10 minutes. When I walked in to get my order it was not at the pickup area. A worker looked at me 3 times without saying a work. Waited inside for almost another 10 minutes before they finally handed me my order. Food and drink were just sitting back there not at the pickup counter. Food was cold by then and drink partially melted. This is the 4th time this has happened in a row. I have medical problems and need to eat in a timely manner. This desperately needs to be fixed.

  The absolute worst McDonalds I’ve been to in my 65 years! Every one of the employees needs to go back through training. During our 20 minute wait for two breakfast sandwiches, I watched order after order come back because something was wrong. Drinks were not provided with the orders, condiments missing, wrong sandwiches. More than one order sat on a shelf for more than 5 minutes without being called. If you could get anyone’s attention, you had to ask if it was your order. Finally got our two sandwiches and not surprisingly, one of the sandwiches was wrong and the other had egg shells in the egg. I am so disappointed. I have always relied on McDonald’s to follow their processes. This store has evidently lost their process documentation and forgotten everything they were taught!
