We've been going there after her therapy sessions once to twice a week for the better part of a year now. My daughter is autistic and routines are very important to her. My husband was accused of stealing milk from their fridge. I've paid for the milk and forgotten to grab it from that fridge several times and never said a word. It didn't cost enough to bother with. They also charged us for individual items instead of combo meals. Then they didn't have any cookies. I've worked in the hospital where the restaurant is located since 2018. My husband didn't ask for a receipt because we've been there so many times that we trusted them not to treat us like this. Yet here we are. My daughter is completely disregulated even now as I write this statement. Tbh I'm not sure how I'll handle this when I return to work. This was supposed to be my day off. My husband said that the girl that did this is a new employee. I'd rather deal with the intermittent closing of the store than to have your employee treat my family like this.
