  I ordered a chocolate Oreo shake online on Tuesday, February 3rd. What I received instead was just a regular Oreo shake. While it wasn’t bad, it definitely wasn’t what I ordered or what I had been craving all shift. I was genuinely excited for this shake, so the disappointment really hit when I peeled back the whipped cream, took that first hopeful bite, and realized there was no chocolate whatsoever. It honestly ruined the moment. The Oreo shake was fine, but it did not hit the spot at all, and I was internally upset afterward because I had been looking forward to that chocolate Oreo flavor specifically. When you’re craving something all day, getting the wrong order is such a letdown. Please double-check orders moving forward. Update February 2026: I am adding photos to show the difference between what is advertised and what I received. The menu image clearly shows a fully chocolate blended shake with Oreo pieces mixed evenly throughout. What I was given was pale and mostly vanilla colored with little to no chocolate blended in. I returned it to have it corrected, and the remake still was not properly blended. Instead of being mixed throughout the shake, the Oreos were simply placed on top with whipped cream. When customers pay for a specific item shown on the menu, it should be prepared as advertised. I was polite and gave the location the opportunity to fix it, but I still left disappointed.

  Stopped in to grab a quick breakfast while traveling. They have a great breakfast burrito and the french vanilla iced coffee is always good. One of the better Sonics I've been to.

  Ordered via the app only to find out couldn't fill my order. Asked that they cancel order. Told that they couldn't cancel order, it had to be done through the app. Unable to cancel order due to already arrived at pickup. App only allows cancelation up to 5 minutes prior to arrival. Sonic sucks and owes me 10 dollars.

  Food is good, but every time we go here my girlfriend order the garlic butter bacon burger with no onions and every time, staff says it doesn't come with onions. When we open the bag, it has onions. When I try to tell the staff that it does come with onions, like it says on the menu, they act annoyed and tell me again that it doesn't.
