  Ordering food was chaotic since there was a large training event on base. The food was delayed for pickup and delivery. When ordering their buffalo wing's via delivery, I walked back to the store and returned them after eating one and observed that it was severely undercooked. Buffalo wing's should not be gummy and pink inside. Upon my arrival to tbe store, I explained my situation and I asked the crew member to run it through the oven again. But their manager refused stating it was a health violation. So, instead of taking these raw wing's back and cooking me another order of wing's, they simply partially refunded the entire order and gave me back the raw wing's. I left and went over to the USO where they had a toaster oven and I cooked my wing's better than Papa John's. Another day, I decided to give them another chance so I ordered wing's in the store and waited for pickup which took over an hour to receive. But this time I had the crew member open the box of wing's himself so I could see if they were done. He did and I immediately noticed raw wing's. So I asked him to cook them a little more cause they are clearly not done. He stated, well we can't because...and I cut him off saying the last wing's I ordered from you all was a delivery and after walking back to the store, you stated I could not have them cooked longer due to health code violations. Now, here at pickup you're saying the same and I didn't even touch the box? He took the wing's back and said he'll run them again. Needless to say when I got those wing's back a few minutes later0, they were the same and were cold so don't buy their wing's. If you do...you'll get soggy chicken skin with pink flesh inside covered in buffalo sauce. Lastly, this location has public wifi that the crew member that I spoke with was of no help when asked if she knew what the login details were. In fact, when I asked her for the wifi login details she stated, I don't care, but then corrected herself with stating she doesn't think anyone knows the wifi information. It's sad that this Papa John's really ruined my passion for the brand. When going home this weekend I will be hesitant to choice Papa John's as a place to have dinner with my family and friends for quite some time. Better yet, I'll just cook my own pizza and wing's that way I know they'll get cooked throughly.

  Was stationed temporally at Camp Shelby and had ordered from this location 4 days ago. The service was good and they asked if I could wait an hour to give them time to build up a bigger order to make it more cost effective for the driver. It's a 10 mile drive and there was a $4 fee but I delivered pizzas years ago. I completely understood and was ok with the wait and the fee. The pizza was good so tonight the All Ranks Club on base was shut down so I thought I would order another pizza despite the fee. When I called a young man answered the phone as if he was answering his cell, with a "yeah". I thought I had a wrong number because that's all he said. When I asked if this was Papa John's he responded with another Yeah. I asked if I could place several orders for Camp Shelby because several of us were hungry and as I said we were without a good burger. His only response was we're not delivering there today and he hung up. Sorry soldiers there are very few options to choose from when stationed at Camp Shelby but what I don't understand is why would you put magnets on every door if you're not going to deliver pizza. To help out my fellow soldiers I have removed those magnets so fellow soldiers don't have the same rude experience.
