  Coffee and cinnamon roll was excellent. Thank you. The Saturday morning coffee club is knowledgeable and friendly.

  I came to eat with my family and this place is astonishingly disgusting, even behind the "window" into the kitchen you can see how neglected this place is. "Olivia" and "spencer" have the worst attitudes ive seen for so called management. They act like they've had no training or clue how to run a business. This place deserves a 3.5 at most. I will be sticking to my usual Alabama panera where the GM actually has some sense about her. This place needs a reset or to just be shut down what a disgrace.

  Panera in Hattiesburg, Ms has to be the slowest working restaurant chain on top of customer service not being great. It always takes a very long time to get the order no matter if you call in, go through the drive thur or order inside. It’s always very long wait. I’ve sat in the drive thur line once before for so long that I got fed up and went inside. No reason as to why it was taking forever. It was an empty lobby, and no one in the drive thru line and fully staffed panera even had someone stacking bread so the workers are there if they are working on not… Who knows? Management should look into this because I came back again today and same bad service same long wait per usual! It’s a reoccurrence

  I really enjoyed the Roma Chicken sandwich i tried it with extra sauce ❤️❤️❤️

  This is the worst Panera location I have visited. The interior is dated (e.g. shabby carpet, worn surfaces) and often not clean (sticky floors, tables). Mobile ordering never works as promised - the app will say it's ready, but nothing at the pick-up counter. Last two visits my food was lukewarm. Won't return.
