There were about 10 employees just standing around—talking, laughing, looking busy but doing absolutely nothing. It was literally just me in the lobby. No line. No rush. No reason for my food to take half an hour except pure laziness or zero management. I watched my order sit there while employees walked past it like it didn’t exist. By the time I finally got it, the fries were cold, the ice cream was half melted, and honestly my patience was gone. If I could give zero stars, I would. This location needs serious help.
