Employees were clearly visible inside the restaurant and chose to ignore us, pretending they didn’t hear us. The sign on the door clearly states that the dining room closes at 12 AM on Saturdays, yet we were still locked out with no explanation. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable, especially with a child present. If your posted hours say you’re open, customers should not be treated this way. Do better with the staff you hire and how you treat customers.
