The manager, Taylor, suggested that I bring them back so it could be corrected after checking my order and seeing that I did not request that change. I informed him that I couldn't come back and he said there was nothing else they could do. So, I asked could it be brought to me and he answered yes if I paid a $6 fee. How is the customer responsible for the workers mistake? I've worked in customer service and food service for many years and have never seen a less apologetic manager. Very poor customer service. Will not return. If I wanted a regular pizza, there's plenty other options in Hattiesburg I could have patronized.

After an hour I called the store 3 times no one ever answered the phone. So I drive up there. An hour and 10 mins. Later they haven’t even started making my pizza I wish I could give them zero stars
