I have been able to get a discount every time I have ordered. When I placed an order for our previous meeting, I was told that whoever has been giving me these discounts wasn’t supposed to. Before I was in the club, we have been getting discounts for our meetings YEARS beforehand. When I called again to reduce my order so I wasn’t paying $250 for 15 pizzas for a nonprofit organization, I was told that couldn’t happen and the woman who spoke to me on the phone was very unprofessional. I ended up speaking to a manager who reduce my order to 11 pizzas for $96, which was great! But unfortunately we are upset we were not provided the discount as previous.

The manager, Taylor, suggested that I bring them back so it could be corrected after checking my order and seeing that I did not request that change. I informed him that I couldn't come back and he said there was nothing else they could do. So, I asked could it be brought to me and he answered yes if I paid a $6 fee. How is the customer responsible for the workers mistake? I've worked in customer service and food service for many years and have never seen a less apologetic manager. Very poor customer service. Will not return. If I wanted a regular pizza, there's plenty other options in Hattiesburg I could have patronized.
