After waiting and everyone finishing we decided to cancel the fourth since we were ready to leave. The incompetent and unconcerned cashier ( very apathetic, and not at all friendly) asked someone where it was this whole time and another apathetic and unconcerned worker say “ no one came and got it, so I put it on the bottom shelf”. No one ever let us know our order was ready, which is quite possibly due to the unconcerned and apathetic cashier being away from the counter. We just told them to trash it because we didn’t want melted ice cream from the bottom shelf. Please stop hiring workers who don’t care and your business will do better, I just left a locally owned small restaurant and the service is impeccable.
