  this is nothing personal to the girl who took my order she was super sweet and kind. however the girl who gave me my drink completely ignored me and was texting on her apple watch, she gave me my drink no straw and i had to ask for one. as someone who is a manager at a very busy restaurant close i get it long hours whatever but i have never texted in front of a customer and completely ignored them nor would i ever let my team members do that.

  I’ve always had positive experiences here, until recently. My coffee has been tasting almost entirely like milk and sugar, which has been disappointing, so I haven’t been coming as much myself. Some employees are super nice while others act like you’re a burden. I’ve really never let it bother me because I just want to get my coffee and get to work. Today, someone close to me went through, and while the employee who took her order was pleasant, the young woman with brown hair in lane 2 asked how her morning was going, then immediately turned to another coworker and started talking poorly about her. This behavior is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It reflects poorly on her character and on the business. I truly hope this is addressed so no other customers leave feeling the way she did.

  Coffee is smooth. Not bitter like Starbucks. Prefect for a cold day like today. Friendliest staff. They take your order in line and it’s ready by the time you reach the window.

  This 7Brew on Hardy st is the best one already… they’re always so sweet and friendly and never rush you and the drinks are out quickkkkk. The one on 98 however, is like night and day compared to the Hardy St location. The hwy 98 7Brew needs to reevaluate who they allow into “customer service” positions.
