- JCJessica Carter4 days ago1.0I go to 7 Brew almost daily and usually visit the Hardy Street location, which is always great. Today, I stopped at this location since I was already going to TJ Maxx, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I pulled into the parking lot and got in the innermost lane with only one car ahead of me. A girl walked up, took my drink order, then turned around and walked just a couple of steps back to the guy standing at the same station. She told me to pull forward and that someone would come take my payment, so I followed her instructions and pulled under the awning. When the guy walked up, he told me, “You were supposed to stop back there and give me your payment.” I explained that I was already at that spot when she took my order and he was at the same station as her. He never responded and kept an attitude the entire time. I calmly repeated myself and still received no acknowledgment. I wish I had read the reviews before stopping, because it’s clear I’m not the only one who has experienced rudeness at this location as it seems to be a reoccurring issue.
