As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- FFfruitycrawford4 days ago3.0Went here late after work and I guess the bald fade lady was having a bad night. She wasn't mean just didn't speak and seemed over it. Burger was cold but fries were hot.
- WLW L.Apr 3, 20261.0I went to pickup a doordash to deliver last night at 1:30 and 4 other dashers were already there, one was waiting an hour. There were only 3 people in there but they had nothing prepared but fries. None of the doordash orders were ready. They couldn't find the 2nd order I was trying to pickup even though I gave them a name. I showed them the name and asked them to to double check and they said "If you don't have a name I can't help you" and the same girl helped a dasher before me that had 2 orders for the same person but only made one. 20 minutes later she came back to the window and the man told her he had 2 orders and the girl started complaining when it was obvioisly her fault. It took me about 40 minutes just for my order to be done and it was 2 items they weren't even big. I will not go back to this store to deliver per advice of other dashers experiences as well as mine.
- RRryMar 26, 20262.0Food is fine but if you want fast service this is not the place. I always order online and I can safely say you will wait 45 minutes to an hour waiting for your food. Unfortunately, it’s the only decent place open really late. If you have the time and patience, go here! If not, better pick some place else. I’ll also give the workers the benefit of the doubt since they can be short staffed sometimes.
- JMJacqueline MooreMar 14, 20261.0The employee who handled my money had on gloves. She went directly from handling the money with the same gloves on to fixing my burgers. I immediately canceled the order and asked for a refund. She didn't wash her hands or put on a new set of gloves I watched her.
