  Absolutely horrible the employees locking the doors at 10p.m. when its 24hrs. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. They need to fire her shut it down and put something else there

  Stopped in to take a break and use the restroom. Restaurant wasn't busy; one guy in the room and he'd just finished ordering. Two employees at the counter as they were changing tills. Not a word was spoken til after the money drawers were changed then it was "what would you like to order?" Went through the exchange then was told the total. Girl walked away before I'd even inserted my card. She was nice enough to have handed me my cup first. Grabbed the receipt myself since no one was near to offer it. Food was hot and made correctly. Lady that called out the order for pick up was nice; offered additional sauces and said have a good day.

  tl;dr Do NOT waste your money on their breakfast burritos! I was stuck here at Love's for a couple days waiting to deliver a load and popped into Arby's three times while I was here. It was mostly good so I'll start with that. Every time I came here most of the tables were clean. There was always a couple that were a little dirty, but that's normal. The service ranged from good to great. One of the people I dealt with was a bit on the apathetic side, but that was the worst of it. The food was the only thing I had a problem with. My first visit I got two brisket sandwiches. Maybe it was because I came in late in the evening, but they had to microwave the meat. That turned what was usually a pretty decent sandwich into a rubbery, chewy and partially dried out sandwich. The flavor was great, the texture definitely wasn't. My second visit I got the French dip and everything was great. No problems at all. My third visit was for two sausage, egg and cheese burritos. While the burritos tasted great, they were ridiculously small. Each lasting 3 bites. The two together cost me almost $16, which is an extreme rip off. Let me break it down for you: A sausage, egg and cheese biscuit is about $3.40, so two would be $6.80. Two potato cakes are about $2.20, one is in each burrito. Going by the current numbers, that's $9.00 or $4.50 each. You're literally paying an extra $3.50 to have a biscuit swapped out for a burrito shell. That's what you call a scam, folks.

  I ordered the King’s Hawaiian Fish Deluxe Sandwich and it was very disappointing. The fish was overcooked and extremely crispy, almost like it had been sitting for hours instead of being freshly made. The sandwich also had way too much sauce, which made it messy and overpowering. Overall, the fish tasted like it had been cooked long before I received it. Based on this experience, I would not come back here again.
