The food wash fresh but hygiene was not so fresh. One of the workers had Sandals on. The restrooms made me want to throw up the food I had just consumed.

I went about 4:00pm, on a Tuesday. Business was steady, but I didn't consider it busy. They appeared to be adequately staffed. The salad wasn't what I expected. The store was clean and staff was friendly. But it was was so disorganized. There was three of us and I didn't receive my meal (a salad) until the others were almost finished. Almost 10 minutes after I made the order. I saw them take the prepped and packaged lettuce out of the fridge and take it to the prep area so they could add corn to it, and then spoon up the ready chili. After waiting patiently I wasn't even offered an apology. I took my meal to go. I was disappointed. By the way, who considers lettuce, corn, and a bowl of chili a taco salad?

EDIT: (Tues, March 17): This store is a disaster and can't keep their own stories straight. I called earlier today to confirm their 9:30 PM Tuesday closing time (as listed on their official website). The employee cut me off, confirmed 9:30 PM, and then hung up on me. However, when I arrived at 8:52 PM, the lobby was already locked. When I tried to enter, a woman literally screamed through the door that they close at 10:00 PM—yet the doors were already locked before 9:00 PM. They are locking customers out whenever they feel like it.
The lack of professionalism at this Wendy’s is actually shocking. When I went in for a DoorDash pickup, the only thing the employee said was, “We don’t have that.” She then stared at me in complete silence and refused to clarify if they were out of the items or if the order was already picked up. Because she wouldn't communicate, I had to mark the order as such, and Wendy’s then reported me for a violation.
This is a consistent pattern. The staff refuses to greet customers and will literally just stare at you rather than answering a simple question, until a manager walks up and greets you AROUND the cashier’s head!!! Even calling to verify their hours is a nightmare. The employee I spoke to cut me off and hung up.
Since communication is non-existent and the staff is hostile, I’ll be recording all future interactions here for my own protection—which is perfectly legal in Mississippi. It’s a shame this is the closest one within 10 miles, but I will make that drive from now on because the service at this location is bottom-tier.
Went here and it was a little late. Food was good but the drive through line seemed like it wasn't moving hardly at all. Not sure if they were understaffed or not but it seemed like it.

"Maybe I’m biased, but when it comes to breakfast, the Breakfast Baconator needs to be at the top of the conversation. The way they have their combos set up is brilliant—you can move between sweet and savory or go the healthy route with fruit if you're on the run. It’s wholesome, high-quality, and powers you through the day.
What really makes this spot 'Premium' is the leadership. Ms. Jen and her management staff are incredible; whether it’s morning, noon, or night, you’re getting the best service in the game. In my book, this is the #1 fast-food joint around, hands down. Don't at me—I’ve got the receipts! 🥓🔥"
