  She was rude and she messed up up my order and she got all mad and said throw it away and when she remade it she didn’t make it right at all she was so rude 😤and we come here all the time

  This was the worst fast food service I’ve ever experienced. The night shift manager and staff got my order wrong THREE times, and the food was clearly old—the rice was hard and inedible. After returning multiple times, I requested a refund. Instead of taking accountability, the staff accused me of eating the food to avoid issuing one. The manager then told me to contact another manager the next day rather than handling the situation herself. On my final visit, I was asked to pull around front and wait. I was left there for an HOUR while they decided whether I ‘deserved’ a refund. Requiring a team discussion to determine a refund in a clear service failure is extremely unprofessional. I had to leave my home multiple times just to resolve an issue they caused. As a business owner, I find this level of service unacceptable. This location’s food quality and customer service were both a 0/10. I do not recommend visiting this Taco Bell at night.

  I don't even know how this Taco Bell is still open! Opening up the reviews to make my own 1 🌟 review to see the first 8 were all 1 🌟 reviews. That's diabolical!!! Pulled up through the drive thru tonight and ordered the Chicken Bacon ranch cheddar fries and 1 soft taco. I was making the order through the automated system but, decided to change the soft taco to the party pack. So, a young lady started taking my order and told me the fries wouldn't have the bacon on them because they don't sell it anymore. I asked would it have everything else. She said yes. I asked if tomatoes were on it and she says, "Well yeah... tomatoes in Pico and pico on it. So yeah." She was so rude. Hell, I don't work there! I didn't know what came on it! Just do us all a favor and open up Chipotle over here!!! Ohhh, last but not least, what we got compared to what they advertise.
