  I guess the reason I waited 10 minutes for you to deliver my food was so you could burn the patties and put it on stale bread.

  Stopped in and got a qtr pounder meal, got back on the road and started eating my burger only to realize it was raw! Not pink but actually red in the middle. I called back and all they said was I'm sorry.

  This location is literally the worst. I have stopped here on multiple occasions, 8/10 times they dont even have what I wanted in stock (Coke for example, this morning, that were out of COKE). When I have recieced food that was stocked, it was bad, like it tasted bad. Chicken wrap, mcchicken, mcdouble, fries, all of it, just... bad, cold, etc.

  am beyond upset and honestly disgusted by what we experienced at the McDonald’s on County Farm Road in Gulfport. My husband placed his order, and it was clearly displayed on the screen—there was zero confusion that the order went through. Not only were his reward points taken from his account without him receiving the item he paid for, but when he calmly tried to explain the situation, the manager responded by yelling at him and flat-out denying what was right in front of everyone. Instead of taking a moment to check the system or fix a simple issue, they chose to be rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Why is it okay for a manager—the person who is supposed to handle problems—to treat customers like this? This wasn’t just bad service, it was disrespectful and unacceptable. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially when there is clear proof of what happened. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them says everything. This experience showed a complete lack of accountability, basic decency, and customer care. We left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and taken advantage of. Something needs to be done about this.

  The last two times we've been to this location, we waited over 25 minutes to get our food. Both times there were only two cars ahead of us in the drive through. Going inside isn't any better. There seems to be plenty of employees, but they're always standing around or horseplaying. The soda fountain area always smells like rotting garbage, and it's always messy. This location used to be top notch, but now it's terrible. It might be time for new management? We won't be going back any time soon.
