Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The day i wrote this review i ordered a Jr Whataburger took about 10 minutes to get to the window to pay and get my food. My burger was dressed like i wanted but the burger patty was hard like it sat on the grill for a while not fresh at all

When they are a miss, the fries and burgers can be cold and soggy. The wait time is very long and this could be a reason as to why the food is cold when received. Overall, Whataburger can do better with managing wait times so that the food is always hot and desirable and when ordered, make sure thr fries actually have no salt.

Whataburger elsewhere is great but here you're in the drive thru for over 30 minutes every time and your order is messed up or slopped together. When you do finally reach the drive thru window they get you to pull up and wait some more.
- CPChris PFeb 28, 20261.0I know fast food is hard, and I know people make mistakes but when you have a manager that doesn't know the difference in the price I laid is on the receipt the double charge is on my phone yet I get refunded the less cause that's the cost of the receipt I gave just shows why fast food is no longer fast food but slow food. It's always the same you want a refund it's a pain people mess up it's like there life is on the line man up accept you screwed up don't give the customer crap cause you can comprehend simple English. And don't look at me like your doing me a favor by giving me an extra 65 cents cause you don't want to cancel the receipt, fox you screw up then give me the actual change due every day people are lazier and lazier you don't want to do the job I'm sure there are hundreds of people who would do the job.
