I’m really tired of rude, nasty black older female attitudes in fast food. Some people talk to customers crazy and speak even worse to their own employees. Im assuming it’s the manager that was taking to her employees talking about “y’all need to pay attention”
Do better! —because that shows me a lot based off that comment , the way you treat your staff is unacceptable. Proper training is clearly needed. And then y’all wonder why nobody wants to work fast food anymore. Employees deserve way better.

Baconator doesnt come with lettuce tomato or onions. I paid for extra cheese, you substitute the cheese. Fries are cold.

This place is so unorganized , I asked for my food fresh my fries was burnt I asked for fresh nuggets the person on fry station put fresh nuggets on top and cold at the bottom . I don’t or will not eat here no more I tried to call they didn’t answer the phone
