I get to the drive-thru restaurant and explain to another worker what I was offered. It never said that and I now no longer want Wendy's Taco Salad. I can get a better salad other places. Take this with a grain of salt because Wendy's Chili is good but the service needs an update. Who knows I may have missed anything in my order?

Rubbing their face then grabbing food with no gloves, touching the trash can with gloves on and pushing trash down and then grabbing fries. Throws the bag of food at you like it’s a problem you’re there. Clearly a culture problem. That is 100% the responsibility of any and all leadership at this establishment.
- DCDakota CopelandNov 21, 20251.0Slowest place I’ve ever been to — drive thru with 2 cars shouldn’t take 28 minutes at noon and we shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes inside with 1 person in front of us to JUST place our order. There is ZERO urgency at this location and if you’re on a tight lunch break AVOID this place at all costs. The employees move like snails and the managers couldn’t care less about what their team is doing. This isn’t a one time occasion, it’s been every single time.
