Part of her order was missing, and when she politely brought it to the staff’s attention, one of the male employees became extremely aggressive and began using profanity. He even made verbal threats toward her, despite her remaining calm throughout the encounter — I have video evidence showing this. The situation escalated further when the employee called his father and went outside to continue making threats. As a member of the United States Army, I find this behavior completely unacceptable. No customer — especially a service member's family member — should ever be treated this way. I am extremely disappointed and concerned for the safety of customers at this location. If I could give this Wendy’s a rating below one star, I would.
