    So I went into this Taco Bell last night and it was horrible. This morning/afternoon it was amazing. The night shift could learn from the day shift. When I visit I will be sure to come in the daytime. Thanks for the great customer service day shift!!!!😁

    Was the worst experience that have ever had at an taco bell. Ordering took forever and then they had us park out front and when they finally brung out food there was no reciept so went in and asked for one and they said they couldn't find it. When got home to separate the order to give everyone their food, multiple items were missing. Everyone's hard tacos seemed like they were old because every single one of them the bottom was wet so when went to pull the taco out it stuck to the paper and ripped the whole bottom off of the tacos

    Do better!! Just went there to get food and ordered 2 cantina chicken bowls and quite a few other items. Neither bowl contained black beans. If y'all are out of something please let your customers know so they can order accordingly.

    Forcing customers to use the kiosk isn't ok. They refuse to take your order inside the lobby and demand you use the kiosk. I just went back to drive through(most people just leave) . NO ONE LIKES THE TACO BELL KIOSK. ITS TOO SMALL AND HAS WAAAAY TOO MANY OPTIONS FOR SOMEONE THAT DOESNT WORK HERE to understand. I will never visit the lobby ever again at this point. Its drive through or nothing.

    This place is a joke! The kids on night shift don’t have NO CLUE about customer service. They literally will be like, “oh, we have it but there isn’t none made and I ain’t doing it.” I would fire the entire crew.
