Stood at counter starring blanklessly into space while waiting on someone to show up at counte. Order had no napkins, straw, sauces, and I was handed a cup to serve my own drink. If I order online I expect it to be ready. Drink sauces and napkins. If I go through drive through for ordering or pickup then I would be served a drink. I'm seeing more places do this and I'm not a fan. I paid 100 percent y money for 100 percent of my order. Get better soon

There’s wrong items, missing items, or completely random substitutions. It’s worse on night shift. How does one see an order for sweet tea and give out mango soda instead? At this point it feels more like a place to gamble than a fast-food stop.
