  I use to order once a week but my past order on Monday was lacking any dry lemon pepper seasoning on my wings. Whoever shook the seasoning over it barely even touched them. Tasted like plain fried wings with zero seasoning. Ate 2 but threw out rest. I will be looking into a replacement joint. Very disappointed.

  FOOD POISONING! I KNEW I should of asked for the chicken to be cooked well DONE! I looked at my left over chicken and as I suspected still DAMN BLOOD in the chicken! I understand it was Tuesday but safety over SPEED!

  Visited twice on our vacay, both times were excellent! Staff was very friendly & on the ball in taking care of us. Food was excellent!

  Our waitress Helen took a long time to even take our drink order. After she finally took it she proceeded to take a phone call and walk into the restroom for a good pretty good length of time. Once someone else brought out our food we saw Helen once for a quickened anything" and again when she dropped off the check. I can understand slow service if they were busy. They were not so it was pretty disappointing to have long wait times and such inattentive service.

  Love this place BUT MY SEVICE DOG AND MYSELF WAS NEVER TREATED SO POORLY. the two ladies at the hostess desk on 2/10/26 at 1130 am said they don’t allow dogs in here. I said he is a service dog. They said ok I will put you on the patio. I said I didn’t want to sit on the patio. The hostess said we can’t up you where there is carpet in case the dog has an accident. I said he was protected by federal law we can be here. Than the hostess sat us at a bar booth. All I can say is really she made me feel ashamed , embarrassed, out of place. She didn’t even ask for his service license . I love Buffalo Wild Wings and will still go to ones that understand the law and people , customers service.
