It’s the only McDonalds with playroom so I picked up the trash and swept the floors myself bc the employees were too lazy to do their job. It was breakfast and There was old fries and nuggets from the day before everywhere. So that crap had been there for for two different shifts. Yall are gross and a disappointment to the whole city. It’s the first fast food restaurant on the highway coming into our town available to travelers. Yall need to do better.

Chose the pay cash at the counter option because of previous issues. Stood there a good 10mins while the manager herself on duty kept glancing at me never said nothing! Finally got the attention of another employee. Who said they don't even have my ticket. Just to be told it's on the front register still (standing by) finally printed it after I got paid...so no one was at the register until then.... Get my food the bun was hard no Mac sauce on Big Mac. And no salt on fries. Then they gave me root beer instead of coke.
