Non employee workers were walking behind the counter giving employees hugs and nobody was working. A couple of people complained being there over an hour waiting on food just to be laughed at by the employees. Worst mcdonalds experience so far. Had a better experience at the Taco Bell thats literally 500ft away.

Their drive through supposedly is open 24/7 if you have work in the morning and go through there, you won't see a soul. There were times I've placed my order online and paid...got to the window some ones telling me they 'dont open until 6'...mind you it'll be 5:59. Its so annoying inconvenient.
