I visited this McDonald's location today for breakfast. Placed my order through drive-thru. Whomever, the lady who works the intercom speaker is slightly rude and snobbish several times I had to repeat myself. So! I ordered the number 7 two sausage burritos with hash browns and a cup of coffee. I also added a sausage McMuffin. When I arrived at the first drive-thru window to pay for my order I was not given a receipt for my order. 🤔 Which I don't understand how that's possible. So! I drive forward to the next window to pick up my food order that I've paid almost $8 for. Standing at the window appears to be the manager. She hands me my bag of food and fastly closes the window. So I remain parked as I check my order I noticed everything is correct except there's no sausage McMuffin in the bag. The manager at this point realizes there's something incorrect about why I'm still there. So! She reopens the drive-thru window. I mention to her ma'am I have a missing item. She argues the fact that I never ordered the item in all reality I did still never was given a receipt for proof of purchase. The manager demands me to hand her my bag of food I told her no and drove off. This has to be the most disrespectful place I've had take out at. I will be contacting corporate about their employees stealing food from customers!
