It was dry, burnt in spots, full of air pockets, and had barely any cheese—despite me specifically asking (and paying) for extra cheese and extra sauce. To make matters worse, the manager on duty that night was incredibly rude when I asked for a remake. She refused to do anything until I came in person and made me get out of line twice. On the third attempt, I’d had enough and just asked for a refund. I was simply trying to feed my family, and the quality of that pizza was so poor, I wouldn’t have even fed it to my dogs. The wings were actually good, but the pizza was terrible. It took over an hour to finally get my refund, and I honestly don’t think they ever even remade the pizza like they said they would. So take my advice—don’t go there late in the evening. It was a little after 8 PM when all this happened. Maybe their lunchtime service is better, but based on this experience, I won’t be taking that chance again.
