  Horrible experience they were so rude and wouldn't tell me what was wrong, I even asked them did I do something to make you mad! The treated me so bad!, I was so polite to trying to cheer them up! They basically threw my food bag to me and slammed the window! The frys were cold and I was afraid to ask for fresh ones but I did and they acted like I was wrong? Then the dropped the back in the grease fryer and instantly threw the bag back to me! I asked could I please get some new fresh ones?? That really upsets them now! They told me pull up wait. So now they just brang out the same frys again!! This is so wrong. They dont answer the phone either! Ever again Wendy's. So sad people don't care. Scott.

  This morning around 7:50 AM, I went through the drive-thru at Wendy’s and ordered a drink. After taking a few sips, it tasted off, so I came inside to dump it out and get a replacement. I poured out a full cup with ice at the drink station. Unfortunately, the employee working nearby did not see this and appeared to think I was trying to refill an empty cup. When the ice machine wasn’t working properly, I decided to just refill the drink and move on. At that point, an employee began yelling at me from across the restaurant. I am hard of hearing and was not wearing my hearing aids, so it took me a moment to understand what she was saying. When I finally did, it seemed she was questioning why I was refilling my drink. I calmly explained that I had just come through the drive-thru and the drink did not taste right, so I returned to replace it. The situation could have been avoided with better attention and communication. Being shouted at over a misunderstanding was uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially when I was simply trying to fix a problem with an order I had already paid for. I expect better customer service and more patience, especially in the morning when mistakes can happen.

  this is the second time i’ve come to this location and the girl working front drive through is so rude. she is young but that’s no excuse . she basically throws the food at you . i hadn’t even got my drink or straw . the rest of that crew is awesome!
