  Walked into the store, looking at the menu, was treated very rudely by the employee, as if I was a problem because I was trying to order and because I didn’t know the menu she was very condescending and extremely rude. I would really like to see resolution in this because I walked back into the store today and she stared me down again, as if I was the problem. I cannot even go ahead and get gas because of her. I do not know her name, but she is extremely rude

  I’m not sure if she is new or not but this most recent visit is the first time I have been to this subway in a few weeks. The other employees are great and always happy to see their customers. However, Frances had a horrible attitude the entire time she was making my sandwich. When I walked up to the counter instead of greeting me, she asked if I had a pickup order. I told her no and she proceeded to tell me to wait a moment while she cleans something out of the thing that cooks the bread. When she was finally done with that she started taking my order and she didn’t listen to multiple things I told her I wanted. She shoved my sandwich in the toaster causing some of the cheese and meat to fall off the bread and onto the little piece of paper under it. She then proceeded to check me out and asked me if I had a completely different sandwich, even though she had JUST made mine before going to the register. I haven’t eaten it yet so I’m hoping it is edible but her attitude certainly made it to where I don’t want to go back to this sideways which is sad cause it’s the closest to my house. Do better SUBWAY MANAGER. I get everyone has rough days but if you can’t separate personal issues from business, customer service is not for you.
