    Placed a mobile order 2/26/26. It said it would be ready at 6:40. The food didn’t come out until 7:40. An hour later. Ridiculous. The staff there are extremely rude. I ordered honey mustard and when they forgot it, the girl rolled her eyes. There’s so little in Gautier, honestly. Do better. We deserve better.

    I have visited multiple times at this location expecting it to change each time and it hasn't, today I ordered my food and sat waiting for over 20 min and left. Waste of my time and money 🤦🏻‍♂️

    My family placed an order at the front sitting area, and the payment process was giving us issues. There was a girl sitting at the table, so my husband asked her a question. She didn't want to speak with us at all. She grudgingly walked to ask them to assist us. She made it very clear that she was on her break. After she yelled out to them, she walked to her black Nissan to make sure we knew not to bother her. The only reason I did not give it 0 stars is because of the young girl with the pigtails; she came out to help us.
