  I went here to eat with my son, my husband and my mother. First we waited forever for our food and when it finally came out it was stone cold and half of it was missing. The waitress barely came to our table to check on us. We were never given syrup for my son's pancakes. Literally close to an hour without half of our food and no syrup. When we asked about our food the waitress said they were prioritizing Door Dash. The cook/manager was absolutely lovely and slammed but the waitress did not want to run food. This is the first time we've ever had a bad experience here so I was surprised. Again the manager was absolutely lovely and gave us a discount for the food we never got and our trouble but it was still a bad experience overall.
