After waiting to place an order for about 10 minutes the lady told us the lobby was closed and we'd have to go through the drive through. So we went to the drive through. I told the lady I had 4 orders and needed them all in separate bags (that's originally why we went inside in the first place) she proceeded to say "I'm supposed to tell you we can do it but it only 3 of us working so I don't know." I asked her what did she mean by that and her rude response was "what can I get you".. totally ignoring my question. So I told her never mind we'll go somewhere else. The boys reached out to their teacher who's wife is a GM for another store. She told me she would make it right and that the GM Ronnie (I think that's his name) wanted to talk to me. I never received that call.. shout out to the manager at the other Wendy's for trying.. I'll never go to Fulton again! I waited to post this review to see if anyone would get in contact with me but no one did. So here's my review! Please don't contact me now. You all don't care about your customers at all
