Just being honest, I don’t think Wendy’s can be five stars. The burgers aren’t that good but if you get the biggie bag for six dollars that’s the best value anything else really isn’t worth the money.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experience anywhere. I am not a person that typically leaves bad reviews, but this was too bad not to. I placed a mobile order, get to the window and they tell me they are closed. No one even offers an explanation. Just that they are closed. I’m sorry what Wendy’s closes at 4pm? I knock on the door to which, a very rude man with two nostril piercings says, “we don’t have your money” and SLAMS the door. STOP TAKING MOBILE ORDERS IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE RANDOMLY and I STILL have not gotten my money back either. During the holidays, this is absolutely unacceptable.
