- KEKenshasa EvansFeb 14, 20231.0The female that worked on today, Sunday, February 11, 2023, at Forest Wal-Mart Subway, was so unprofessional!! I walked in after I placed my online order because that's the only way I know for sure I will get my points since not all subway employees know how to add points!! The employee saw me walked in as she made eye contact with me and didn't say one word, she pulled my ticket and started making my sandwich which I specifically stated how I wanted it made!! After standing there there and watch her pile olives on my sandwich I started saying, I only want just a little of this and that and extra this and that which in turn was met with huh every time!! She even had the audacity to put her falling glasses back on her face while fixing my sandwich and continued on as if she didn't contaminate her glove after touching her glasses!! I asked her to cut my sandwich in fours which was met with another huh and once she wrapped my sandwich, she rolled it to me and walked off!! Does it cost to receive great customer service nowadays??
