Awesome customer service and very considerate of the customer's time. Had to wait on a small order but was kept informed. I don't mind a little snags in getting my food if the customer service is like this. Great workers

I placed a mobile order at 12:15 for carry-out. It’s currently 12:38 and I’m still waiting for my food. Not to mention the fact that the employees are extremely rude and not giving any updates or apology. I will NOT be back.

By far the worst Wendys I’ve been to. EXTREMELY slow service. Food hit or miss if it’s fresh or correct. When I first moved to the area 6 years ago loved this location. I’ve noticed a steady decline over the years. Now we’re at rock bottom. Every time i consider giving this location another chance I’m left with only disappointment.! DON’T VISIT.

Wendy’s at 105 Plaza Drive in Flowood (in front of Kroger) has been nothing but disappointing. I’ve given this location multiple chances, even understanding their staffing issues etc, but today was my last visit.
Customer service is consistently poor — employees often have attitudes, and the food quality depends on who’s working. Today, I asked for my food hot (as any paying customer should), and the drive-thru worker with braids got upset. She then voiced her negative opinion about me directly to the manager, who stood by and did nothing. When management condones that kind of behavior, it says a lot about the store as a whole.
This location is unprofessional and unpleasant. From now on, I’ll drive the extra mile to the other Wendy’s down Lakeland where respect and quality still matter.
