When I first moved to the area 6 years ago loved this location. I’ve noticed a steady decline over the years. Now we’re at rock bottom. Every time i consider giving this location another chance I’m left with only disappointment.! DON’T VISIT.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, even understanding their staffing issues etc, but today was my last visit. Customer service is consistently poor — employees often have attitudes, and the food quality depends on who’s working. Today, I asked for my food hot (as any paying customer should), and the drive-thru worker with braids got upset. She then voiced her negative opinion about me directly to the manager, who stood by and did nothing. When management condones that kind of behavior, it says a lot about the store as a whole. This location is unprofessional and unpleasant. From now on, I’ll drive the extra mile to the other Wendy’s down Lakeland where respect and quality still matter.
