  The absolute worse service for years and years, always expect 30 mins for them to give your order to you. Tonight my wife has been there for 55 mins to pickup a preorder. It has way to many options for uneducated staff to try to make. You would think after decades of poor service someone would be smart enough to correct this locations problems but no. It is always a horrible experience.

  Straight up refused to take our order, said "give me 1 second" then just hid in the back and ignored us. 3 cars in line and they turned off the lights at 1 and just pretended they werent even there, absolutely insane experience and ive never had something like that happen to me before. dont go here

  Was trying to figure out what to have and had a question. Employee looked at me and said if I wanted anything I would have to use kiosk, like that would answer my question. I walked out and will never return. Hopefully people will read this and stop going there. People deserve customer service when spending money anywhere
