- CKChristoph KlettSep 3, 20251.0Very unfriendly customer service. I did not get what I ordered. I ordered an Italian cheese and herb bun, he gave me a regular bun. Never again.
- TSTracy SullivanAug 9, 20251.0I placed an online order. When I went to pick it up the door was locked (noon on Saturday) with no sign on the door. The lights were on so I continued to knock for a while. I finally gave up and was walking back to my car when a guy came and opened the door. As I walked in he started yelling at me that the door was locked for a reason. I told him I just wanted to pick up my online order. He continued to loudly berate me to the point I felt unsafe. He then would start to hand me my order and then snatch it back and yell some more. He was unhinged. I’ve been a regular customer of the store through several management changes but I will never go back.

Didn’t mark each sandwich so I know which one is which. I get home and every one is upset. Never will I ever go back. Work on your service.

It was not wrapped fully or cut. It was just sloppy and I was highly upset. I love this subway but I was not happy at all
