It doesn’t matter what day or time, the food always take 20-30 minutes and the employees never look at you when helping. It’s ridiculous. McDonald’s is never that serious but this is still an establishment and it being run terribly

What’s the point of me ordering my food when you’re gonna give me whatever out the window? Especially when y’all are charging extra for added things on a sandwich that was $1 years ago but now almost $3, I want whatever I ordered! I called the establishment’s number THREE times and no one answered. This McDonald needs to do better!

After telling me to do that, she calmly took the customer after me which is weird . So I knew I wanted to a 10pc nugget and Medium Fry . I redeemed a code for a free fry when you send $1. The nuggets were $5 . She wanted to take my cash at the register & she seems to not want to figure out why it was saying $9.15 . She had the worst attitude ever and no manager seemed to be present . The line was wrapped and service was poor . No hairnet or Gloves when handling food . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE FOR THE AREA . I was on break from work. I had to get in the drive thru line DUE TO HER BEING SO RUDE
